Supporto Mi note 10 Bloccato in Fastboot

Ciao a tutti, ho un problema, ovvero dopo aver sbloccato il bootloader, installato la twrp, vado ad eseguire wipe data, system, cache e dalvik e infine format data = telefono che va fisso in fastboot.
Provato a riflashare la twrp e il flash va ok, ma....... quando vado per boottarla da fastboot mi da questo errore:
