I would like to inform you that we do not sell the products from the official global website as of now, so we are unable to assist you regarding the same. However, I humbly request you kindly get in touch with the respective point of purchase from where the device was bought for further assistance regarding the repair and warranty. I apologize for any discomfort this may cause to you.
Also, Xiaomi does not provide any International overseas shipments and warranty for the International purchase and the products which are purchased from the unauthorized seller.
